One-time setup:

1. Install Ollama from https://ollama.com
2. Open terminal and run: ollama serve
3. Run: ollama pull llama3.2 (downloads ~2GB, only once)
4. Run Navi!

⚠️ AI Limitations

Navi's responses are intentionally kept short — maximum 1–2 sentences (~20 words). This keeps interactions feeling like a cute desktop companion rather than a full chatbot. Response quality depends on your hardware and the Ollama model you choose.

🔧 Troubleshooting

• "Ollama is not running!" — make sure ollama serve is running in the background
• "Model not ready!" — run ollama pull llama3.2 in your terminal
• Navi is silent on startup — Ollama may still be loading, wait a few seconds then right-click
